Yes. Our system will send you email reminders before the day you are scheduled for your cleaning. We request at least 48 business hours to reschedule or cancel your cleaning without a fee. Our number is 469-731-0360
You do not need to be home during the cleaning and all arrangements can be made with our office prior to the booking. We love pets! However, we ask that they are in a room or outside the home during the cleaning so it is easier for our teams to clean without distractions.
Yes. We bring our own equipment and supplies. The supplies that we use are non abrasive. We do not use liquid bleach.
While we do our best to reach high areas, if they are not reachable with an extendable dusting pole or a small ladder we cannot clean them.
We ask that any instructions are provided to the office in advance so we can notate your account and ensure that the team knows what they need to do prior to their arrival. If during the cleaning there is something you would like to communicate to the team please contact the office and we will handle it.
Our teams report any existing damage that they see to the office immediately. If there is incidental damage during the cleaning they will contact the office so we can communicate it to the customer.
We kindly ask that you declutter areas so the team can move freely and focus on cleaning the area. We also ask to put away any valuables if possible. Our employees are very honest and if they see any valuables or cash they will inform the office immediately and leave everything were it is. If an area has too many valuables we may have to skip it.
Yes! Our cleanings include vacuuming carpets, but if you are interested in steam cleaning your carpets and stain removal, we offer that as a separate service that you can book with our carpet cleaning team.
